As an AFC, I do get frustrated..........frequently. The less luck I have with women,the more F***ing pissed I get. Other than stress relievers,which i do, how do you guys deal with it?

The quickest way to relieve stress from it? Conquer it. Find a way not too "care" so much about the result. Because guess what? No matter who good you'll be, you WILL get rejected from time to time. Learn to deal with that.

Be happy about the fact your own a great path to getting better results, that you're doing something about it. If we all worried about every little "ex" and "oh" then we'll beat the living shit out of ourselves every time a woman said no. Trust me my man, this all is NOT a big deal :) People want success with women to fill other voids in their lives, not that they honestly want a woman for the rest of their lives. Or even just to get laid.

Either way, find your own reason for doing all of this and roll with it.

I know how that feels, it sucks. Just try not to let it get you down, keep pushing. The more down you get the less you'll be able to game properly. Have other hobbies and interests apart from game, don't let it take over your life like some people do.

Get comfortable with being rejected, it's going to happen a lot, and it happens a lot to everyone. If you never get rejected then you're being way too indirect and the girls just don't see you as a sexual threat at all. Be more forwards and direct, be more sexual. That was the main thing that helped me get laid. I reccoment you read some stuff on sexual framing and creating sexual tension. Try Gunwitch Method and 60 years of challenge. Also check out Mode One.

Use that frustration
Use it to motivate you to do better, learn more, try harder
When you fail don't just get mad and give up, get mad and try even harder, show them your not the afc they say you are, when someone says you can't don't just say "yes I can", PROVE that you can by doing it.
