Post subject:  my children, are they a DHV ?

I'm 39, single 1 year, and have 2x kids aged 6 and 3 who live with their mum 400miles away. I get to see them once a month, for a weekend. I love dem, no question, big part of my life.

I'm just new to the game.

I'm wondering how open I should be about my kids with my sarges?
Obviously before getting into a LTR or even a MLTR I'd want to be able to be open about them, as they are a big part of my life, and I'd hate to be suppressed around a woman i was spending time with. But I'm talking about earlier in the game, the pickup, day1, day2, post-lay pillow talk etc.

I'd have no problem bringing it up with MILFs (ie. REAL mothers), and all 3x MILFs i'm banging right now know about me being a dad, and its a DHV for them for sure as they are all parents too.

But what about the childless HBs ?

Will it make a 20yo student freak out?
What about a 40yo cougar, still hoping to have 1kid. Afraid I wouldn't be interested in more?

I'd love to hear from PUAs that are dads, whats your experience of this dudes?

being a dad - DHV or DLV ?
probably not a simple binary yes or no, depends on other things
timing of the reveal would depend on many things too?

thats why I'm throwign this one out to the community

peace

I think the you would have to calibrate to your set and take it on a case by case. In a punk rocker set a story about me beating someone's as would be a DHV but the same story would be DLV in a set of librarians. Social Psychology and group dynamics play a huge role in anyone's game. The best way I have learned to expand my knowledge base is to interact with as many different types of sets as possible and learn by trial and error. The mission in MM where he gives a set number of nights, hours per night, and how many sets you need to open per hour is a good one for developing those skills.

All of the online personals sites have sort fields for "has children" and "wants children." It's clearly DLV to some women. For instance, they may want to travel a lot, and would see someone else's kids as getting in the way of that. That may not be such a big deal in your case though, since you don't have full custody.

I be careful in general in mention them to a girl that has no kids. It can be a DHV but it can also be a DLV as well. A lot of it depends on how you frame it as well as deliver it.

More than likely yes. While 20 somethings do think about having kids, having a 39 yr old talk about them I think may freak them out. Now if things get serious you should mention them, but I hold back.
