I got the text... "Don't get mad but... Some sexy man who works at Value Village game me his phone number.  "from my girlfriend. Now, I know how I plan to approach this (I'm going to talk to her tomorrow about it when I see her) but I'd love to get some fresh ideas on it. I won't even get into my thoughts at all, to keep it fresh. I'm a first time poster, so it'd be nice to open a dialogue with the site. What would you do? |

I'd be inclined to question her motive in telling you, what does she expect from it? Is she being honest and seeking your forgiveness? Are you having relationship difficulties and this is her way of seeing if you still care? Is she shit testing you? In pretty much all scenarios bar the relationship difficulties one, I would convey that I am confident enough not to need to worry about other men. If she chooses to go off with someone else, she's showing me her stupidity and I won't want her anyway. |

You sure she wasn't being sarcastic when she said 'sexy'? haha. possibly some ugly creep gave her his number and she's making a joke out of it? If not, then I'd say she's basically bragging. ("Ooooh, look other guys find me attractive"). I've had this happen and I usually just say "Nice, when's the wedding?" or something funny that shows you're really not bothered, and at the same time pokes fun at them a little.
