I would recommend "Book of Pook", it's very good for your mindset.
And gives a lot of thoughts about the entire thing. Discusses a lot of general subjects aswell.

Hf reading
≠ LD

There is no exercise for sarging in books.
You only learn sarging by going out & sarge. Seriously come on, lift up that lazy ass and sarge! ;)

That's like saying there are no math excersise books, just get up and do math!

What the O.P. is looking for is a learning plan for game.

So to answer the O.P.: Best bet is to construct your own one, search for "A quick guide to change" in the search bar and you'll find a thread containing everything you need to create your own "excersises".

Fin you understood the question.

What is a OP?

Actually I am a pick up instructor and I am quite good in inventing missions on the spot for my students, according to their feedbacks and their difficulties on the field.

O.P = Original Poster.

On Topic; Yeah.. finding your own mission or guide is problebly the best thing to do. But you only can do it with learning. I've set my own plan for each week. This week I'm going to do that, this week getting this amount of number-closes.. it's your own goal setting that makes you continue or stop the entire process.

Do read Hobbit's links, they are worth gold!
