Can anyone here recommend any good books on how to improve self confidence? Like ones with exercises within the book? Like exercises to do that will help imrove confidence..

Also on how to get motivated? I find my self wanting to workout, do work, sarge etc... But always find myself feeling lazy and tired.. I just need some motivation lol

Self reliance by Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Self confidence is everything, think in your head,
"It's easy for me to attract women"
and
"Women will strive for MY validation and seek MY approval" not the other way around.

Walk around like you're hot shit even if your an ugly fuck... and women will be attracted to you.

This is the kind of thing that is often prescribed on PUA forums. This is also the kind of stuff that keeps people from becoming confident.
Confidence is easy. Just do it. It's that simple. People just insist on making it more complicated than it is in reality.

Just because you lie to yourself, it doesn't make you confident. Perhaps your the .01% that can read a book and actually be confident. Or your part of the 99.99% that in a few weeks or months will be having a frame crash.

My advice and critiques still stand.
You can't "lie to yourself" in some cases, yes; saying "I'm buff" when your a skinny fuck does not make you buff. But confidence isn't a physical state, it is a state of mind, you can control your own mind, no?

True, I guess confidence is a big part unconscious and not a choice, much like attraction.

Good argument. :)
