I’ve been working on this quite a bit this last year which basically entailed changing a lot of my belief systems and how I dealt with conflict or relationship issues. The thing is that it’s hard to tell you have made progress. Few months ago I had a bad breakup and could tell I still needed some work. Recently I’ve been bitched out and called an asshole by a few girls I had short term relationships with and I just deleted there number, mentally said next and haven’t looked back. I would say a year ago I never would have been able to do that. So I guess the general question is how do you know when your inner game is at a good level? |

Yo bro, tough question. I think when you can deal with the stuff that happens to you, in a controlled manner, you have your inner game settled. IMO, that doesnt mean you should pretend that it doesnt affect you nor hurt you. Anybody who claims that is just lying (this is aimed at your relationship thingie that went bad a few months ago). You say you could tell that you still needed some work. Dude, dont forget, we are human, we have emotions and feelings. That is how we are defined. It is supposed to hurt. Deleting numbers and telling yourself: 'next!' at that time, yeah, i would say that is pretty good inner game. I would even say: being able to deal with the truth, to not be afraid to see things the way they are. When you can do that, you have pretty good inner game imo. That is pretty big and vague, but i dont think its well defined. ciao |

Thanks LD, good comments. For me when I say next, i just mean that in years and months passed it would have bothered me that girls think im an asshole. But now, i like myself so it doesn't bother me at all. |
