| Post subject: | Any solo practices to become a better conversationalist? |
Sometimes i feel like practicing PUA at home, especially to become a better conversationalist. Is there any training i can do while i am at home? let me know oh me brothers, thanks. |

One thing that I think people have really drilled into my head in this community, is that YOU HAVE TO GO OUT. You cant become more confident staying at home You cant become a better conversationalist by staying at home You cant expand your social circle by staying at home You cant kill approach anxiety by staying at home I think we see a pattern? More than half the battle is just leaving your house, then other half is opening your mouth. And theres so much stuff to talk about no matter how boring the setting may seem, I guarantee it. |

I do something called conversation mapping, some people think its weird but it works for me and definatly gets results (at least for me) The way I start out my practice is with a pencil and a piece of paper and I write down some of the boaring retarded shit I've been talking about around girls that seems to make them less interested in the conversation EX: Talking about school, work, what car they drive etc..., then I'll think what could I replace these with the next time I'm talking to a girl. So mabey next time instead of asking her where she goes to school I'll ask her what she did last spring break and tell her I went to cancoon mexico and took a boat out to an island called cozumel where I took shots of tequila and drove a moterized scooter from bar to bar all night ( a little more exciting than where do you go to school) The next step of the conversation map is that if I am on one of these topics such as spring break and want to take the conversation elsewhere how do I do that? So say I'm talking about mexico and want to transition into how awsome Las Vegas is Ill just say you know Las Vegas is an awsome spring break location also and then will be onto that But just brain storm some stuff that would be fun for anyone to talk about (mabey something particularly interesting that happened to you recently, mabey sky diving or anything else fun and exciting) put it on paper and memorize your stories so when your out partying you wont have to think about what your talking about as much as you would have if you did not prepare Also I will think back to a time where I ran out of things to say in a conversation with a girl and will think about how I could have kept that converstion going in a fun way so the next time I run out of things to say I will be prepared to keep the conversation going longer |
