| Post subject: | My situation...Help an AFC/noob PUA! |
My first post here. Greetings! There's this girl I met (18 or 19--I'm 19) at the beginning of this semester and we became really close. Basically I saw her in class everyday but we became "closer" just a few weeks ago when she asked me out to lunch and I said yes (IOI--I guess I just built natural attraction to her over time). I liked her since the beginning of the semester. I was completely sure she liked me since she would playfully touch me with kino and always laugh at all my stupid jokes etc. Of course, I was COMPLETELY AFC around this girl as she was the first one I ever really liked (we've all been there one time or another). I was one-itis for her. We just had so many similarities towards each other. She added me on Facebook the day we ate out (but she also added this other guy in her other class too). Whenever I was over at her apartment or w/e, her other friends would mention that "other guy" she was talking to. Well, with this other guy she'd always tell me, "Oh he's pretty boring. Oh, I don like him. etc." I dunno what she was trying to pull here. Near Thanksgiving break, the girl I liked invited me over to a party of her's where all her friends (guys and girls) came from high school (we're all in college now and she went to a different high school so I didn't know ANY of these people). The whole party I did not really socialize except for with the girl I liked. I felt really like a DLV guy since I didn't really talk to much of 'em and I felt so introverted and beta male. One of her friends did walk up to me and started flirting with me and I did get her name. But I kinda just blew her off and stopped talking to her in a rude fashion because the girl I liked was standing right next to me as she did this. Afterward, the girl I liked and I would always get together for study sessions. But the thing I'm shooting myself in the foot for is...I never ever made a move. I was so damn shy. I would totally notice her trying to put herself out there but I was so idiotic to not try anything. Just last Monday I tried asking her out (bad move LOL) to eat dinner and watch a movie but she told me she didn't like me that way (like I said, too late in making a move). I then stupidly told her out of reaction that "Oh, can we still be friends?" And she says, "That's what I thought we were." At this point, this is when I learned about PUA and I just started reading The Game. The day the girl I liked said LJBF, I added the friend who started to flirt with me at the party on Facebook and we're now going to eat lunch together this weekend. Is this the right thing to do to get the girl I like back (I think she's going out with the other guy she added on her Facebook but I know I am totally better than him. I could roflstomp him and out alpha this guy if I wanted to)? Will this make her jealous? I was thinking of ending this lunch thing with her friend with a Kiss close and getting her number. Am I doing anything wrong in asking one of her friends out to make her jealous? Also, I'm pretty sure the girl I like is going to text me sometime in the next few days to study with her for our class final. What should I say to her? I won't be seeing her next semester as I don't have a class with her anymore at the time so this study session and the final will be the last time I see her ever again for quite a while (I think she's having a class with that other guy though since it's a multi-tiered class). If she does get jealous, should I make a move (and if I should, how so)? If she doesn't, am I fucked? Thanks. (PS, I know there are plenty of fish out there but I really do like this one girl so I'd appreciate it if you could help me--she's special to me). -Trainer |

Ah that sucks... here is my solution. 1. Get over your oneitis 2. Meet other girls You will find out that there are way cooler girls out there. Go out and put into practice everything you have learnt in the game. It will be fun and you will learn some life long skills and meet some cool new people. Your other option is to sit at home and press refresh on facebook every 3 seconds to see what she is saying to the other guy. Make sure you do this with tears in your eyes because you are so upset at the fact that she just wants to be friends with you. |
