I have a problem with watching porn, and I'm sure it affects the way I view women, my sex drive to real women, and my game. I usually watch about once or twice a day. I made a goal to not watch for two days, then I'll go for three, etc. (my plans anyway). This is day 2 and I haven't watched at all but it's pretty damn hard. It's just so easy to watch. Seriously just a few clicks away. Anyway, I'm just looking for some more motivation/reasons or insight. If you've had a similar situation let me know the story. If you have mad game and still watch let me know about that. Or simply what are your thoughts on pornography and gaming/general health. I'm sure it's been mentioned before but if the replies are directed towards me I will be more able to finally make the f*cking change. |

This isn't exactly PUA but more psychology, you need to start affiliating watching porn (a positive) with a (more intense) negative stimuli. In regular words, everytime you watch put extremely hot-sauce on your tongue or something that you DONT LIKE (pricking your-self with a needle) it will take at least a few weeks, it works though. |

Would you say its out of boredom or lack of self control?, if you had a chick ready to bang would you be watching it? keep working on your game and set goals because the results you want are just around the corner. I never really got heavily into porn but what im doing at the moment is reading alot about sexual techniques put all that porn watching time to good use and learn how to use Pikachu instead of beating the shit out of him

What if I tell you it's not an addiction, you just call it that way so you won't be responsible... it's not that YOU want to watch porn, it's just that your addicted... Take responsibility and don't watch porn, it's not hard, just don't do it... your bored and have nothing to do thats why you do it... go and do something productive, read a book, watch a movie or something, you know you have the time you make it a big problem just by calling it one |

Conditioning, I like it..... LolJish who the f*ck are you, you're awesome. As I mentioned I am setting goals and on day 3 and I've held back from watching so far. And I would say my problem is both boredom and lack of self control. Boredom though would describe it better I would say. But then sometimes I get so damn... you know and lose some control cuz i'm thinking with my pikachu and take my laptop out.. And not relevent but I guess I should have watched more guy on girl action but that doesn't do the trick for me lol so I didn't learn much relevent sh*t from the other stuff. Streetlight you're semi-right. I'd say it's more appropriate to call a problem than addiction with pornography, too. And no, I don't call it an addiction or a problem so I won't be responsible, who the f*ck made this post? Since you made assumptions, I'm going to make assumptions, too... that you have never had a real problem with pornography. To say that it is not hard and to just not do it shows your ignorance on the subject. I'm not going to go into great detail on my own personal struggles. |

Find yourself a cougar... preferably a women in her early to mid forty's. Your problem will be solved in two weeks. All the pazzaz that you see on the screen will be uninteresting and boring. Honestly though, it is going to be a issue for the rest of your life. You've got to keep busy and occupy your mind with something else. You can beat it but it takes dedication and a girlfriend that is like the energizer bunny. |

I don't know where i seen this but i know it's from mystery....masturbate only once a week and make a special day out of it, if you only do it on occasion you will want to release your load, making you better with woman. i know it's hard but i just say i'm gonna go out on saturday and get laid if i dont masterbate, and if u don't get laid, come home and get the tissue. |

Lol hardcore porn or demeaning porn has never been a liking of mine, so I *won't ever watch it or any porn for that matter now. The only stuff I *used to watch was what you suggest. Kinda like girls gone wild sh*t.The reason I said it messed with my view of women is that I don't find them as attractive or as sexual anymore. I do sometimes think 'oh wow she's hott' but realize I can just go home turn on a computer and see an equally attractive girl gettin naked or whatever, but hopefully the stop watching porn path will help me get more horny and involved with real women. |
