Started using the info on these boards and The Game recently. Came into college not even talking to a female my age since I was 9. Hooked up with a girl in a frat party Freshmen year. She was wasted, but 'i was so naive 'i didnt know. Seemed distraught the morning after, and felt guilty about it ever since. Dated twice (for 2 days each) Sophomore year, and spent my Junior year getting involved and finishing up my harder classes. I've been immersing myself over this stuff for the last few days, and it really does work. The playful negs, random question opener, and stories really made it a lot easier, and worked really well on-campus (esp dining). Yesterday I met up this cool girl. Really hot and seemed pretty intelligent. Got her number (she lives off-campus and works). But I really HATE doing this sort of act. I'm playing this casual interest/dont-care-if world ends person. I doubt I can hold it for 2 dates without showing off either: a) my retarded sense of humor b) overcritical of others interests, like TV shows, movies, and especially music c) Heavy metalhead d) my desire to argue politics with everyone e) hating to make fun of ANYONE because of persoal experiences (ie: negs) f) My heavy interest in her g) Probably more sensitive than she is h) My long walks and stargazing\ i) my interest in a long-term relationship. I called her to meet up this Sunday at Starbucks... I just don't know if I can do the whole double-life thing. Can I just go in as me? Should I slowly break away from my act? Is it just easier to act in deceit even though I'd rather not bother with the date in that case? Are pickups only designed for one-week stands? |

I would say go to this date as the Persona not you and give glimpses of "you" btw you cant be entirely a diferent person . then after you have F- Closed and if you still want to continue and her this relantioship I would reveal myself day by day. but it just me. I had a girlfriend and i did this when i knew she was in love with me I start slowing show me my trul self. believe me even her is hidden thing from you because she is afraid you losing interest on her |

You need to be cautious. You want to neg and dhv her so you get her attention and she thinks your not interested to a point. No person wants an easy catch. And everyone no matter who they are in the beginning of a relationship is always trying to be who they *think* you want them to be. Now that settles down after a few weeks and u can be yourself and cut out the negging dhv stuff. But make sure your still nice and playful |
