It's a skill we learn like anything else in life. You'll progress the more you practice. Make sure you learn from your mistakes, because that's a real key. If you take rejection to heart you'll go no where. After it, just run it back through your mind - what happened? What could I have done better? As I've read/learnt, blaming the girl will get you absolutely nowhere. Blow it off your shoulder and move onto the next one. The quicker you're able to forget about the last rejection, the more equipped you'll be at obtaining the next girl's number .... or more.
