Post subject:  Need advice-shy girl
I will TRY to keep this short.

Girl comes into where I work everyday FOR HER JOB. Really cute/innocent/shy. I start very slowly with her just getting her to talk with very soft negs and some jokes to get her to smile. that goes on for about two weeks. everyone says it "looks" like she really likes me(although she has never given me ANY IOI). She was coming into my work nearly three times a day because of her job.

Now her work has cooled down so she has only been coming in like once or twice a week. I got her phone number(said "we should be better friends and maybe you wouldnt be so shy") and texted her the next day just trying to playfully flirt with her.

Her personality completely changes while texting. She is more talkitive and giving a bunch of shit tests and generally giving me a hard time saying my jokes are corny and that im old(5.5 years older than her). I know they were tests because she even said "im warning you im really sarcastic". I of course give it right back to her and give her a hard time and then end the convo early.

Now is where i stand. I didnt see her for a week until yesterday. I turned the cocky+funny attitude WAY up; i accuse her of flirting with me(when its obvious im the flirt) neg her like crazy etc. She really seems to be enjoying it and lingers around for longer.

The thing is, I am always the one starting conversasions. She never gives me any IOI's. If I never said anything to her she would never talk to me. Its sometimes like talking to a fuken brick wall with her. no emotion or anything. It sucks because I am really interested in her.

The only IOI she has ever given went like this:
she is always traveling 8 hours a week to go see her friends:

me: "I cant believe you drive all that way every weekend, some guy must have you wrapped around his finger"
her: "no, but it would be nice to have one"

okay, maybe thats not an IOI, i dunno.

this is a lot longer than i thought. sorry. I also might add that I am above average attractiveness and this just sucks. I would think this girl would be totally digging me by now.

EDIT: forgot my actual question. what the hell should i do next? I have been wanting to ask her out but she doesnt give me any hints that she wants it. If she does, and there was "game" for women to learn, she needs it, cause she SUCKS and picking up guys.

oh and, she could easily be a virgen too.

You should've cranked up the kino more man. But that's a bit late, stop trying. If you can call her out for being flirty, call her out for being shy. "You seem so shy, I mean you never say anything first" In other words, you never start any conversations. If she says it's because she has some bf or something, tell her, "Don't get ahead of yourself, you just looked someone interesting."

no i called her out on being shy before and she said she has always been like that. "some people I am able to talk to easier than others" is what she has also said.

as for the kino. its kinda hard in a professional setting. Its even harder when the girl is so shy that she seems almost nervous. honestly, i dont think she would have responded well until i started turning up the cocky attitude.

I would rather not just give up at this point.
