I'm a major newb at pu but I keep reading stuff that says pu is dead all the girls have been hit on with the same stuff etc so idk if it's a bunch of bull but please lemme know

Its not dead but some techniques are played out... the key is to be unique while following general principals. Human nature doesn't change, girls wanna bang, guys wanna bang, the key of PUA is bridging the gap

Pua isnt completely dead. The routines are just frames, you use them when you start.

But I tell you, everytime I overhear some guy using the ''kissing is cheating, jealous gf etc'' openers, i fall on the floor laughing.

I guess it depends on your target too. If they are under say.....22-23yrs of age, you can use those lame lines. But if u want better women/older women you need to be flexible.

the thing is routines have been recycled over and over again hence why people have said MM is dead it seems that the pua community has taken a shift to being natural! to be honest i am not sure everyone can be a natural though, some people are simply not good with people hence why they study pick-up. being a natural is in essence using good body language, having good conversational technique, natural charm and charisma.

Its not dead but some techniques are played out... the key is to be unique while following general principals.
Routines are canned.. Techniques never.
After all if you're good enough at it, women wont even know you're using a technique.

Now many are not naturals. Sounds like genetics kicks our asses again! But many gurus advertise that any man can get these skills. Despite years of studying this, I still wonder if this is true.

Because any evolutionist will tell you, natural selection and sexual selection is a very random process and some fellers are doomed to be hopeless. But the question is, are natural selection and sexual selection theories correct? Or can guys change their fate?

i have the theory that pua is about moving the goalpost for guys who are unfortunately bad with girls either it being a lack of self confidence,think of themselves as unworthy, guys who dont know how to talk to girls, guys who have a lack of self worth because they dont have money, or a big house or flash car or flash clothing or a rolex, and finally guys who see themselves as being a geek/nerd/dweeb. the pickup arts are in essence a set of tools to give guys the confidence to approach/talk/escalate/close girls.
