Might be a stupid question but does it affect a girl more when you neg a complete stranger thats in a new set than negging a girl you already know? and when you do neg, do we really give the person time to react or we make sure we dont let them react?

Of course it'll have a greater affect on a complete stranger cause she knows you less. If you start negging a friend out of nowhere she'll be confused and it'll simply be less effective because she already has a picture of who you are.

a good place to start is to cut of your balls then look in the mirror and take a good long look at yourself. thats a neg.

A neg is a backhanded compliment, not an insult. If she's a friend she would take it as just a random comment or as a joke. The point of doing it to a target is to disqualify yourself as a potential suitor whilst making her second guess herself, raising your value and lowering hers. They're completely unnecessary if you simply assume attraction in the first place, and/or come from a position of assumed higher value.

If you do neg, use sparingly and DON'T wait for any reaction, just throw the comment out there and keep talking. Waiting for a response is rapport SEEKING behaviour, which is not good.
