I'll keep this short.. I went on the first date with her. Things went quite well, and we ended up making out for almost an hour before she left. Now she seems to be playing hard to get (not really initiating contact with me at all). General advice? |

how is she playing hard to get? no calling/texting, not making plans? how long has it been? I find in these situations a many times it not "playing hard to get" it's just that that game has just began, just because you kissed her doesn't mean it's flowers and bunny rabbits form here on out. |

Maybe she wanted you to escalate further... Making out for an hour straight seems kind of stupid if you didn't try anything else. |

She just never contacts me first, and she gives me a lot of sarcastic remarks. I didn't escalate further because I know she isn't the type who would want to take it further on a first date. |

What if she wanted to take things further? Just because you think she is a certain girl does not mean she won't do something totally different.

Btw, don't text her in that phase, because it's her domain. Call her. If she has to answer on the phone, she will be more natural because she has to respond quickly. And yes, you should push and pull as well and you should stay hard to get. It's easy to become needy then because you want her to contact you, but don't. Have a willingness to walk away if she plays too many games with you. |

i'd need more information to make the call, but it's definitely one of 2 things, and both have already been mentioned. 1.) She's just giving it some space before she contacts you and acts giggly.. It's very natural for girls to do this.. Just like us, they don't want to act too desperate or too clingy because they know in general this pushes higher caliber men away. it's been engraved in there heads by media for 100 years. If this is the case, just let her give it some time. keep in touch casually, and then you have to make the "first" move again. you just gotta keep gaming.. from what i gather, you're not dating her, so she doesn't "Have" to talk to you. just keep gaming like normal. 2.) Something albeit maybe small left her feeling weird about your interaction This could be as a result of a huge number of reasons, maybe it was because you didn't properly push/pull, maybe she just got a weird emotion.. anything could have happened. if you cant think of anything, just keep gaming as normal, and it will become clear if she's being sketchy towards you. Never make the mistake of building up expectations for a girl. she doesn't have to call you.. You said that she was kind of old fashioned, wouldn't want to escalate on a day one? well a lot of times those girls really hype ONLY guys making most of the moves. it's possible she's just waiting for you. |
