| Post subject: | Being ignored in a club...? |
Hey, I went to a club to try pick up out the other weekend and when I approached girls saying "Hi", they all tended to turned their heads and body away from me a bit to avoid me. What are the possible causes for this (possibly not speaking loud enough?) and what do I need to do in order to stop this from happening next time?? Thanks. |

Try not to open with a simple "Hi." That makes them only suspect that you're another one of those sleazy guys that's gonna hit on them by following up with a "What's your name" or "Do you come here often". If you absolutely gotta say hi, make sure you don't wait for their responses. Continue talking right away! What I usually do is simply starting with a statement, coming off different right from the start. "OMG guys, I gotta tell/ask you something!" - With a high energy/happy approach. |

go mystery method 1) don't be fully facing them 2) do not give your full attention until she earns it 3) give time constraint 4) ignore the target at first, walk over and talk to the friend instead at first |

As said, a "hi" won't get you far in any situation. Remember to approach with certainty and without hesitation. Never approach from behind, at least try to come from the side. And use a canned opener if you don't know what to say;just google "pua canned openers" or something of the like, and you'll find some. I advice you to use them if you're new to the game. They're good for starters. |

You can open with "Heeey!" but it has to be pretty high energy and you have to follow it with something quickly. You're better off, especially in a club, sticking to indirect methods until you can get yourself in state, raise your value and go direct with complete confidence, great body language, etc. Remember your indirect rules. Open over the shoulder, casually, body language turned away from the set Time constraint Turn body language toward set as they warm up to you, eventually hit a lock-in position Ignore & neg the target Kino Your wing distracts the obstacle(s) Isolate the target by moving her a few feet away from the obstacle(s). Position her so she's facing you and you're up against a wall or the bar. Then it looks like she's gaming you. Insert your finger, with plenty of lube, directly into her anus. As for openers, I mean there are lists and lists of them you can find anywhere. If you want to break through AA easily, then functional openers like asking if there's another bar or where the cloakroom is are good because you can't really get rejected. However you then have to work on transitioning a lot more. If you want to get a more animated level of response, then that's when opinion openers are useful e.g. quick question gotta get back to my friends in a sec but do you guys think...etc. There is more chance of being blown out than a functional opener, but if your question is somewhat interesting (relationship questions are usually good because women always have opinions about that) then you will get responses and will be able to use their responses to tease them and find out stuff about them to keep a thread going. Then there's a situational opener which is about something that just happened or is happening in the club or around there at the time. They're good because they are natural conversation starters and if the thing's pretty random and funny then the conversation starts easily. However sometimes there's nothing that random or funny actually going on, and some situational openers can fall into the trap of being old and boring e.g "what are you drinking" |
