I would like to update this thread and say that my situation with mpua uni is being handled. It appears there was a glitch. Thank god because this program is great.

Hi I have a serious problem with my mpua university account that I can't get resolved. Cliff notes: -I've been charged for month two -I want to proceed with month 2 -My month two and month 1 is locked. -I have gone back and forth with customer service rep for two weeks. My payment had been acknowledged. I have been ignored or had no response to any of my emails since last weekend. -I hate to say it because gambler and adam are awesome, but I feel like I'm being scammed on this site. Basically mpua university has my money and the product that I paid for is not being delivered. -all I wasn't is for month two to be unlocked so I can continue with the program. Can anyone help me get this resolved? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Brian |
