By not expecting to be shy nor confident. Any emotion that comes up during an interaction you've got to rid out. Once you start rejecting that emotion it'll only become stronger. |

Strong, alpha body language, making eye contact, smiling smooth expressive hand movements to add emphasis to points comfortable kino sliding into a "locked-in" position when hitting a hook point never breaking eye contact downwards never looking around nervously for a set / someone to talk to never looking where you're kinoing never looking unhappy / sad never allowing yourself to get too inside your own head / being introverted most importantly HAVE FUN! |
