Hey everyone, So i started dating this girls recently. We have been on 3 dates thus far. 3rd one ended in a k-close. Our first 3 dates all happened in under 1.5 weeks. However this last weekend, we had plans to hang out. However, she canceled saying that we should meet at the bars later that night instead. That night i didnt show, she texted me that she missed me. The next day i tried to set up plans, but she said she worked 32 hours (which is true, she is a waitress), i didnt respond to that text. Then two days later she texted me about making plans for tonight. However, today she texted me saying that she forgot that it was her friends birthday. I know she likes me cause i heard that she had been telling her friends that we have been seeing eachother. But, i recently got out of a relationship where there was a lack of communication, and the feeling of being canceled on is almost a veitnam-esk flash back. I refuse to be clingy and have not come off as a chump. Trying to maintain leverage in this one, because the last one i was a wussy. So im thinking about not responding to her cancellation text and then freezing her out. Im wondering if this is the best course of action. Is there a witty response to that sort of text or should i just wait for her to make the next step. |

Maybe she really did forget it was her friends birthday. In any case, if she isn't your girlfriend, you should meet new girls. This will keep you from having to keep yourself from being clingy because you really won't be. |

I found out that her aliby checks out as you were saying. Do you think i should continue a freeze out? or should i text her something tomorrow like "you owe me a date" or something along those lines..? |

This has nothing to do with "pu". Relax. The girl likes you. You like her. Stop reading into all this crap. By the way, I'm pretty certain you don't know what 'freeze out' really means and definitely don't know when to apply it. Don't be an idiot. This isn't a situation to act like an idiot if you're looking to make her your girlfriend. What do YOU want? Now choose how you'd like to communicate in order to get what you want. What makes sense to you? "You owe me a date. ( I was really looking forward to it and you broke my heart wahhh! Gimme gimme gimme! )" Or . . . Oh my God, sometimes I forget my own birthday! How did things go? Blah, blah, blah . . . Well, it's all good because I thought of something even more fun. How about we go ______!?!? |
