Use lots of foreplay, make sure she is turned on and "ready", as the vagina naturally lubricates when the girl becomes aroused. For the first bit, you'll have to be gentle, not just slamming it in. Otherwise it is going to be painful and unenjoyable for her. Take it slow for the first while, and use a generous amount of lubrication. It will get easier as time goes on.
