i wonder does anyone ever play crash and burn anymore its probably my favorite game! i do it everytime i go for a sarge but ill do it in an place away from where im gonna sarge like a bar 2 miles away! the truth is the girl aint going to see you again so why care |

You can lose approach anxiety by approaching lots and lots of women very often. Its like any other skill... the more you do it the easier it gets and the better you get at it. But you have to be willing to go through the process before you can be "great". You have to feel the pain before you can see the gain. Eventually you'll know how to deal with any woman's reaction because you'll have seen it all. Its all about experience. Everyone wants to skip the begining stage of becoming a PUA because it can be so embarrassing and painful to step out of your comfort zone. But its worth it because once you develop this skill you NEVER LOSE IT. |

I wanna set a challenge to anyone who has approach anxiety who has never played crash and burn! the game and rules are very simple... 1) go to a public place or bar! NOT A PLACE YOU PLAN TO SARGE IN! 2) approach a group I WOULD SUGGEST THE GIRLS BE NO MORE THEN A 6 THAT WAY THEY ARE PRETTY ENOUGH TO WANT TO APPROACH BUT NOT ENOUGH THAT YOU WANT TO SLEEP WITH THEM! 3) get blown out! DO NOT APPROACH WITH THE INTENTION OF SARGING THEM! 4) when she blows you out. dont respond to her and walk away 5) repeat to 10 -20 sets for those who dont know what get blown out means it means get yourself rejected. think of it this way you aint going to see or hear from them ever again! you can use what ever means you want however remember she has feelings too so basically nothing insulting. basically no you can go GM style if you want, the lamest chatup lines or the dirtiest innuendos, however you have to be blown out, sometimes its funny just to watch their reactions too, the point is once you have had the bad reactions youre now prepared for it, as a plus youll be desensitised to rejection so no more approach anxiety |

I think is better to crash and burn with women you actually want to fuck. Because it WILL happen at some point in your life so you might as well go through it now. I don't feel anything if I get rejected by a woman I'm not interested it at all. Its like getting rejected by a man... it doesn't matter. If you do it with women you are attracted to.. it will make you even stronger! But thats just my opinion. Its worth a try either way. |
