Which book is best directed at building confidence?

Post subject:  Which book is best directed at building confidence?
John Alexander's is good at that, I've also got Doubleyourdating and Mystery Method but not read those properly yet.

I know they all have good techniques etc but I'm looking to change my mentality as I struggle with insecurity and fear of failure etc.

try a non pua book for confidence building, try unlimited power or awaken the giant within both by tony robbins

Try going outside and talking to girls.

I know you want to try to get rid of your fear before doing whatever it is you fear, but the world doesn't actually work that way.

Thanks Chief, that is exactly how I approach things. I'm like, if I just sort this out then I can do that without fear or whatever.

I'm not scared about talking to girls so much, but I handle rejection bad and start to doubt myself.

Work on taming your ego and becoming more compassionate/understanding :)
