Post subject:  Facebook story+meet up: what now?

Hi guys, basically this is the story:

I added a girl randomly on Facebook purely based on her nice profile pic. I don't usually do this, only with her. In the first message i send, i already said "i really like your hairstyle (which i do hehe)" etc. She responded very positively, some introducing and she added me as friend.

Days/weeks following she "liked" a lot of my stuff, and we talked some time to time, where mostly SHE was the person very fluent in the conversations, saying things like "you are so sympathic" and "i can't wait to see you here" (note: i'm going to italy for erasmus and she lives in the city i go to).

During the "online" time i was more the attitude of 'whatever' since i didn't really counted on anything, its just an online conversation you know.

So then we met up in italy when i was there to search a house, not really a date, just like in the evening when i arrived we walked around the city and got a drink or 2. But damn was she hot and nice. So from that time i realized i really had to go for her. (and not only for sex..)

Afterwards i went back to my country, in september i'm going back for the whole period and we can meet up again. I'm starting to get affraid to be in the FRIEND-zone.. I think i need to do something more. I'm really getting obsessed by her, checking her profile too much and things like that.

Should i try to flirt with her already a little on facebook? Start all conversations? Or just do nothing right now?

What do you guys think is a good place to go with her when we meet again? Dinner? Inviting her at my home? Go for a walk?

thanks!

The more obsessed you get, the more likely you'll be put into her friends zone. Think about it. Who makes it in the friends zone? NICE GUYS...why? Because they are there to take the shit.

Be interesting for her. Treat her in a very smooth type of manner. Look at James Bond.

It's not enough to demonstrate indifference. You have to work a little harder and send her mixed signals, make her wonder, don't give her what she wants, etc. etc.

Be creative. Think of another meet-up. But this time...think of doing something very unusual.

Another thing you can do is build up the kino!! Here is something I tried myself and it worked magic:

Me and this girl were facing each other. When leaving, I was going to go in the opposite direction, and she was going to do the same. So what I did is I grabbed her hand and spun her around under her own arm as you would do in a dance and this time I switched spots with her so that I was facing the direction I was going to leave in and her as well. I still held on to her hand, smiled, and leaned in and kissed her on the cheek as a goodbye. Then we both walked straight past each other...and the rest is history.

Do these silly moves, be playful, be unusual.

Thanks for the post Nyseto.

That is also exactly what i was thinking. To be less the "normal" guy who is always friendly etc.

However, to put this into practice is not always easy.

I am wondering what could be a good thing to do when we meet up next time? Just walking around in the city and get a drink might be too 'normal'.
Going to a party would be good later on the evening/night, but before.. anyone has a good idea?

I was thinking: an afternoon together to the beach?

Hmmm, how about an amusement park. The thrill that she feels around you will be a much stronger bond. Save the walk on the beach thing for later as a little spice of romance.

There is a variety of combination of emotion. Fear+fun=thrill. Cocky+funny=charming. And so on.
