I swear i'll get good at picking up women but not knowing where to start and how to start just brings down my confidence in way I don't understand. Do I memorize routines what I'm so confused. |

Get comfortable talking to strangers, boost your portrayed confidence, then move on to canned openers. Step one: Initiate small talk with 10 people, any gender, or age. If you get a response you've done it. Step 2: Initiate small talk with 10 people, any gender, or age. Hold eye contact the entire time. If you feel like you're staring, body rock. Take a step backwards, shift weight to that foot, then step back and return to your standard position. All the while keeping eye contact. As long as your body moves, staring doesn't cause discomfort (Usually) Next you can do canned openers and learn how to add new threads in the middle of an opener. |
