| Post subject: | Urgent Breakup Help Would Be Appreciated |
K so I recently broke up with my girl. She wasn't liking me as much as she used to (and that's what I told her), so I was thinking thinking I'll make her live without talking to me for a couple weeks (cutting off all contact). Absence makes the heart grow fonder, ya know. And I already know that she loves me. But here are the questions: #1. She's already posting statuses on her personal profiles (MySpace, Facebook) saying that she's not ok, crying, ect. after only 2 days. So will 2 weeks be too long to wait to get her back? Will she basically be over me by then? #2. She's also posting things like "I like him. Can't get him off my mind." So is she crushing on someone new? Or is that a reference to the reason I broke up with her? (Not liking me as much as she used to) #3. Her best girl friend is also one of my best friends, so should I talk to her? Because I know she'll just tell my ex everything I say. But on the other hand, she's one of my best friends too, and she's been trying to contact me. So I kinda feel bad for ignoring her. In the meantime while I'm ignoring, I have another girl lined up who I've been talking to. (Yes my ex knows about her) But it would be really nice to have my ex back, with that old attraction she used to have for me. So thanks in advance for any replies! |

She is clearly upset and thinking about you, if you want her back them talk to dual(your&her) best friend, clearly if her best friend is phoning you it must be about her still having feeling for you. Will 2 weeks be too long to wait to get her back? Will she basically be over me by then? If you want her back just tell dual best friend, something like "that you still love her, but you thought she had gone off you a bit, and didn’t want to hurt your feelings by breaking up with you, the saying "If you love someone, set them free. If they come back they're yours; if they don't they never were." came into your head, so you decided to set her free."", she will pass it back to ex, if you do it in a sincere voice and seem a little upset yourself, then she do the work for you, plus makeup sex is the best |

^ co-sign. I wouldn't worry about the "someone else" thing... Girls do shit like that for your attention... So you'll get all jealous and call her mad. Let it breathe. Keep talking to ur new chick... Don't worry or get flustered but don't count on your girl having her "old attraction" cuz it's not gauranteed. I'd say she's gonna be all over u in no time though... Just keep your cool n don't let her see u sweat till u want her to. |

Thanks, so how long would you say to wait? Would 2 weeks be too long so that she'd be over me? If it's not too long, the 2 weeks actually does have an advantage, because that's when our old anniversary would've been. And girls always fall for that cutesy stuff that "you remembered."

Idk... She prolly feels real vunerable n rejected right now so that "no I really love her" after u ignore the shit outta her n talk to a other girl might be the perfect push n pull hot n cold type game for this situation... U could spin it like... I loved her... But I Felt like she wasent in it... So I had to let her go etc. |

So keep love in past tense? So she won't feel too certain that I still do? And should it go through the dual best friend like jtaz said?

you split up with her for a reason, the reasons most likely haven't changed nor the problems. Ignore her and man up or go back with her safe in the knowledge it isn't where you want to be but you were manipulated back into that position. |

Well I know that she loves me though (she told me when I broke up with her), but she just got too used to me being available (yes, my bad there). So I'm trying to go with the expression "You don't know what you've got til it's gone." Am I going about this the right way?
