Ok so i want to know your thoughts on this. Im not one to get AA, i can easily switch into a mode where I don't take anything seriously and it works for me. ALTHOUGH, i do get nervous when im about to approach and there are other people in the room close to the target. (but not necessarily associated with her) Examples of this would be a common room (at uni), a bus stop, a bus (bus is really important since i bus into town every day. Alot of good looking girls could easily strike convo with. Although I dont because its filled and it is dead silent.) Is there a way around this? Do you get it as well? Thanks |

Hey, bro. Try this... In your head, instead of having 'this can go extremely well' and 'this can go extremely wrong' labels... only have these two labels... - This can go extremely well - This can go extremely funny that way, you don't have to worry about things going wrong, nothing can go wrong, because you HAVE to label it as either Extremely Well, or, Extremely Funny. Things that go 'funny' can always be used in stories in later interactions and be amusing to tell. ^That's how you can frame it all to yourself. Now, in regards to actually approaching and talking to people, how are you doing it? In such situations you can aim to talk to people just socially. Once again you have helped. I am grateful. I dont have a problem with talking to females at all. If anything i would say im pretty good, but only when i know other people arnt listening in haha |
