So i decided all my inner circle friends has something to really stand out whether its an eye brow piercing, or regular earrings that stick out.. so i thought i would get a necklace. My question is, should i just get a nice chain and keep it a little more simple, or get a chain with a pendant... something that i could possibly use in an opener like a canned background story or what not?

When it comes to necklaces, I've just got a simple bottle opener I got from Abercrombie that gets a lot of attention at parties. It's not too flashy or anything, but it serves a purpose.

And sometimes I'll rep an old victorian key on a chain. That usually gets a lot of openers and chicks asking what the key is to. It's not actually used for anything, but you can jump right into a roll play with it. I usually just come back with something like it's to my castle and they'll get some laughs out of that.

ok bottle opener is a good idea... but my question is more towards whether or not i should go real simple with it and just wear a chain, or have something on it? a reason would be helpful too

Get something on it. You always want to stand out, but not to much. The key is to stand out in ways that will draw attention, but not make you seem obnoxious. If you wear something plain, it might get a compliment here and there, but something that can grab attention can be used as an opener, make you seem unique, give you a topic of conversation, etc etc. I had a chain with a good luck charm on it that I got for slaying a demon in a cave in South America.[/i]
