So I am friends with the girl that took my vcard, I am still an AFC so I have no idea how to attract girls. I was recently invited to a party she was having and this dude was hitting on her and she was reciprocating interest. This really pissed me off, I didn't tell her anything because I didn't tell her I was a virgin when we fucked. I didn't make a scene or anything either but I have been miserable about it. Is it normal to feel this way? |

Normal to feel that way - yes. Good to feel that way - no. Just don't fall into the trap of thinking that you will never meet anybody else. Hey you got laid right? So you did something right. Keep learning and try to forget about her. I know it's easier said than done. |

Try to erase the concept of slut from your mind. It is completely useless. It gives you nothing but problems, fucks with your head and you arent gonna get any stronger or more experienced from it. So, people have sex. Yes. Girls are people. Yes. Girls have sex. Yes. Girls have sex with others. Yes. Girls have sex with you? No? Thats why you use the expression slut. You wouldnt call them sluts if they all had sex with you now would you. You are just feeling bad because you obviously didnt feel important enough. |

You are emotionally attached to the first girl that gave you a piece of ass, no big deal...it happens to everyone. What you need to do is forget this girl and focus on removing your AFC tendencies. The faster you remove your AFC ways, the quicker you will have another girl in your bed. |

You're her friend and you had a good night together. At no point were you anything more than two people having fun. You'd be reciprocating interest if the head cheerleader were flirting with you too, so drop the double standard.

no, she just sleeps around alot, and yes all of those things are true. I think the reason I felt angry at first was because of my own selfish nature. I feel helpless because it is so hard for me and so easy for everyone else. I know my belief system is screwed up and I do feel insecure and have zero confidence in terms of attracting women. I feel angry but more at myself for allowing my shyness to prevent me from talking to girls my whole life. But at least I have been pushed towards change, I've been seriously trying to improve my social skills, I am currently doing the stylelife challenge and reading double your dating. |

Yes technically she is a slut (look up the meaning of the word), but you need to be more sexually open and be okay with girls sleeping around. I may be wrong but I think for girls they average like 3/4 sexual partners in their life time. And for guys its a bit higher.
