Guys, lately when i've gone out sarging.. I've been fuckin up hard, everytime i neged a girl.. Last one i can remember is i'm sitting with a chick, and she's asking for a drag og my cigarette, and then i reply playfully "oh, no way! You're not hot enough for my cigarette, but if you behave real good you might get one later" all real playful and smiling.. Ends up with her goin away, thinkin i'm an asshole, then later at the night coming up to me real drunk takin my cigaretes from me and literaly running away (not an ioi for me to follow, trust me) So the question is; When do you guys throw in negs? I'm finding myself doing it automaticly when i see a hb7-10.. How do u know when u should use negs, and not to use negs? I never overdo it, so can't really understand this, might've been me just running bad game? |

I dunno, I would say that even with a smile some things just sound bad. Saying something mean doesn't mean it's okay if you act like you're joking. Have you never made a mean joke about someone that was funny, but you obviously weren't trying to be mean to them, and they still got offended? It's the same thing, but what you're saying isn't even funny. It's called cocky and funny, not cocky and trying to be funny. |

I do the same type of shit, so I can totally relate. I think the key isn't to make putting her down your priority. Make your goal to be humorous and have fun - even at her expense. Another thing is that she was probably just giving you shit back. Women aren't just going to sit there and take it you know. Negs can trigger them to start a sparring match with you, which is actually a good opportunity if you don't back down and get all weak and apologetic and shit. |

I've always had the cocky and funny thing going on, I guess I just didn't have very strong game in other areas, so I don't really know how to really show when exactly to do it. But what I've found is that just busting on them all the time very playfully, and not insultingly is the best way to go. I wouldn't worry about when to neg, the only issue is knowing how to do it well. I just bust on girls whenever I feel like it, especially if they give me ammunition to really make fun of them. The keyword is fun, just have fun. |

I've never tried to make someone feel bad while negging. I don't even think of it as negging, that makes it sound like it's a technique. It should just be a personality trait where you just show that you're not afraid to have fun and bust on her. If you neg and tease correctly, it doesn't show you have low value, it shows that you can confidently just mess with them and have fun. I wouldn't go anywhere near so far as calling myself an expert PUA or anything, but what I've taken from learning about PUA is that you just need to have fun, and show people you have fun. Teasing is one way I have fun with people. |
