Hey guys Pacific here with a challenge for you... for those of you familiar with the Zen of Cool you will understand this... for those of you who are not... look it up and learn it, or just don't worry about it and do the challenge step by step as I post it on here. This is a challenge to improve your inner game... here is how it goes... You will be working on your Ghost characteristics and your Flame characteristics... you will be Ghost (Uncreative, Unaffected, No Big Deal) and Flame (Absurd, Negging, Pushing Away, Rolling off)... here is the challenge... CHALANGE Learning the Ghost: Today you will be Uncreative, Unaffected, and No Big Deal Learning the Flame: Today you will be Absurd, Negging, Pushing Away, and Rolling off NOTE: Notice how the Ghost and the Flame contradict each other. This is how the zen of cool is suppose to be. How Does This Look: As your being playful and comfortable from part one of the challenge, nothing bothers you and sometimes you don't even realize what's going on around you. Your negging away and rolling off in your own head space not caring about anything. Your not affected by any external forces. (I want you to apply this in your day to day life on anyone and everyone while sarging, hanging out with friends, or even working!) EVALUATING YOURSELF: Create a stop, start, continue list... anything you are doing wrong... put it under your stop. Anything you are not doing... put it under your start. Anything you are doing good... put it under your continue. Later you can go back and fix the Stops and begin the Starts and remind yourself to keep doing the Continues. Create a Sticking Points list... and put anything that you want to work on there. Do the 100 Point System challenge... which is... 100 Point System Every Time.. Your not reacting to someone Your unaffected by someone You don't make a big deal of things you normally would Your absurd Your negging You are pushing away You are rolling off You get 5 points... the goal is to get 100!!! and last but not least... Make a Crazy List of crazy things to do related to being... Uncreative, Unaffected, No Big Deal, Absurd, Negging, Pushing Away, and Rolling off ... (this is to keep you having fun and motivated)... Complete all the things on your list and you have successfully accomplished your Crazy List! once you have completed all of this report back to this forum... share your success story in a brief Field Report Check out my field report: viewtopic.php?p=363679#363679 Talk to you soon |

Its the same as the " i dont give a fxck" mentality Question whos going to look the coolest and show goign to look like a complete shit head If guy (a) is all up in guy (b)'s face and is shoving him . Guy (a) is trying to get some sort of reaction out of guy (b) by doing so and hoping to start a fight however guy (b) doesnt give a fxck and just carrys on as normal un effected answer guy (a) looks like a shit head because hes over reacting guy (b) on the other hand played it cool looked un effected and didn't change his state for anyone because hes just that cool ! haha But this apply's to every situation like if someone tells a joke you dont pure laugh hysterically you just smile. But yeah to OP i like this idea |
