hey guys .....is awareness, focus and attention ..all the same thing or are they different ..if so how are they different ?....And also when someone says "be aware of your awareness ...what the fuck does mean ? lol appreciate any comments ..or any resources that talk more about these things ..i hear there important when out in a night club |

Heey there buddy!English is not my modern languege, but I pretty sure it means something like You should be aware that your not to aware of something ( could be a lot of things). So you don´t over do somethings. I don´t know in which contest it was said, so I cannot help you more. Good luck out there! |

Answer to first question: yeah, they're all pretty much the same. Answer to second question: The whole "be aware of your awareness" sounds kind of like a shitty sentence. What it means, however, is that you should have a sort of self-awareness which tells you what you're thinking and doing at the same time. For example, your "awareness of your awareness" should tell you if you're staring at a girl and breaking the 3-second rule. |
