| Post subject: | How can I help my Wingman fix his inner game? |
Heres the situation...my best friend/ wingman has been in the Game for almost 2 years now, however; the only progress he has made has been in his life outside of PUA. Despite improving all the other aspects of his life (except fashion style, because he still refuses to change that), he is still awful with girls. At first I got him to read The Game and he followed that up by reading MM and other routine/ model based material. However, he told me that he couldn't really remember the routines/ model so he abandoned MM. Then he started doing other research and David Deangelo's Man Transformations really hit home with him. The whole problem though is that he has done so much research, but hasn't made any progress whatsoever in the field. We've gone out almost 5 weekends straight and he hasn't opened up a singe set. We talk to great lengths about what his issues are and I can tell that he has absolutely zero confidence. He has even told me he gets petrified sometimes when girls talk to him. Whenever Im in a set he basically just stands there with me, and occasionally throughs in a side comment. Sometimes the girls try to get him involved but he doesnt bring much to the table. I really dont know how to help him. I've told him that he needs some canned openers/ training wheels to get started to build confidence. But he wants to stick with the natural approach. I told him if he wants to do it that way, then just bullshit your way through it. But he tells me he doesnt know how to? Im really confused and this is really bugging me. I feel like Im letting down my friend but I know that theres nothing I should feel bad about because he is to scared to approach. Hopefully one of you guys will be able to give me some sort of advice that would help him out. |

You could look up the post that's something like "Improving your inner game: trial by fire". I thought that was good. Though I'd also recommend that he read the book, "NLP: The New Technology of Achievement", the book's awesome for inner game. |
