sorry, kinda long post. Ok heres the story, girl from my college who i met right at the beginning of the year. ive been very attracted to her since then and after being rejected once (maybe 3 months ago) i pretty much gave up and then last week i kissed her. it took alot of balls and the perfect time but i did, so i thought that would be it. except now something's wrong. She was all over me immediately afterwards, came to see me the next day before she went home and then as soon as she came back a couple days later. but now shes had a couple of exams and its 5 or 6 days on and ive barely gotten anything from her. Before the night i kissed her she would take any opportunity to hang with me but now she responds to texts slowly if atall and generally doesnt want to hang. she says shes too tired but then shes up all night doing shit on facebook. My guess is one of four things: 1. that she is generally too tired to see me (possible as she hasnt been out and about in a couple of days) 2. she isnt interested in me and regrets the kiss (i think unlikely, we were both sober, it was a great kiss and like i said she came round to see me straight away the next day) 3. she is playing a game, playing hard to get, whatever you want to call it... (again im not sure, before me she hadnt even kissed a guy in over a year.) 4. she isnt sure what she wants yet and until she knows she is avoiding me. basically, what should my next move be? i got a couple of texts going today, but generally not much. im thinking at the moment make a real effort tomorow, call her, tell her i want to see her for a bit for whatever reason and if she rejects then total freeze out until she contacts me? i dont give a shit that this is one-itis to be honest, im too heavily invested at the moment to just give up. so guys i need help with this, what do i do now? thanks El-Rubia |

you called it, sounds like one-itis exactly man. You need to chill for a little, don't text or say anything to her, she may be busy with finals or exams or whatever but let at least a week go by and see if she texts you first. |

thats pretty much my plan, i would just like to raise the possibility of seeing her tomorow. if she gives me some excuse ill start to freeze out, im just concerned that the kiss becomes less and less significant the longer i leave it. ive been no different to her with texts etc than i have ever been so i doubt ill come off as particularly needy by calling her again, i just dont like freeze outs haha i was toying with the idea of a really blatant text, like the one from the list of text game thread (i think) which says like did " you know lips and kiss are spelt with the same buttons on a phone, i cant wait to see you again and lips your soft kiss" or something like that..i cant remember it exactly. or do you think thats too much and might scare her off? bearing in mind we have been friends for a while and only kissed a few times on one night? any help as always, really appreciated El-Rubia |
