Hey guys whats up its your boy strategiez and i wanna get my overactive mind to settle down a bit (the understatement of the year) is there anything besides books that you would recommend. some little things that i can do now in order to immediately start living in the present moment I wanna embrace the power of now help me out please thanks for the help

Get yourself a NLP audio course. I can recommend you the Chris Howard thing. If you follow the course seriously, it will assist you in calming down. |
