So guys, it happens time and time again, when I'm talking to a chick she says something of the sort: "I'm cold!"; "I'm hungry!"; "I'm sleepy!"; "I'm bored!; "He/She was mean to me!" etc etc etc.... the list goes on, you get the drift. It happens to me quite often, when a girl complains about something. Now don't get me wrong. I don't get a really angry, negative vibe from her, I get the attention/emotional support seeking vibe. Like a typical guy, when I hear about someone's problem I offer a solution to it. But I know, that when girls share their problems they seek emotional support. Okay... but how exactly am I supposed to do that? I know that I shouldn't try solving her problems but what should I say in such situations? It sucks that I know exactly what's going on, but I can't handle it correctly (I just don't keep negative topics/discussions for too long) Thanks in Advance |

"I feel the same way" then you proceed on saying how it relates to you "everybody is so boring" her:"omg, thats so true" "guess we're two lost souls lost in a sea of totally boring people" Something along the lines of that. look up "negative attraction" by afc adam, it's a free vid. see if it relates to your cases. If not, then just tool them for their grumpyness or whatever, keep it fun. "i'm bored" "yeah well, atleast you're not missing an arm, tieing your shoes with one hand is difficult" flip the negative vibe to a positive one. |
