Hey guys

This is my situation:
Been in an LTR for 2.5 years. Last month my gf starts to act distant.
it turned out she was liking someone else, some player at college.
Now this player and my gf are starting to have something going on. I heard he slept with her last Sunday.
Now the thing is, I want my gf back.

What do I do?
Move on and make her jealous, or chase her?

Or any other ideas?

I mean, my girlfriend and I were really close friends. We were like best friends. We were mates.
It's just that sometimes, every now and then, she seemed to "lose a little interest" and when I acted like I did not care, and went chasing other women as well she came running back.
The last time she did this I was sick and tired of it, because the week before she was mad at me for not being there for her. Then the week after she goes chilling with some dudes an entire weekend without even making a single phone-call. Of course that pissed me off, and instead of talking with her about it I waited for when I saw her again and I poured everything off my chest. I was furious.
That's when things got down hill. She thought I was a jealous beta, she wanted to take a break.
I was fine with it, and the same night she came running back. she asked me to go to a party the next day. I agreed, a party of her friends. I did not know any one and I was not in the mood to party. I was basically being the lonely afc while my own gf ignored me at that fucking party.
Then this alpha guy came in, he came late, he had massive social proof. All the girls liked him and my girlfriend was fucking staring at him with doggydinnerbowl eyes!

When we went home at the end of the night my gf would not talk to me

lol, and i was the one hurt!
then at the end of the night, my gf wanted to sleep over lol (slag)
i said no
the next day she called me crying, that she was sorry, that she had been using me blabla
i was totally fine with it i went like omg dont worry honey, im glad we are okay again. We set a date over the phone to see each other again in a few days.
then i did not hear from her again. in the back of my mind i was like wtf is going on again!?
I called her after a few days, she was very short in speaking over the phone, she "had to go real quick". She was going out and she did not tell me and she did not want to talk to me over the phone

Then that same day i came visiting her and she dumped me.

Now it turns out that she was looking for another guy. Because I was apparently not good enough, or neglecting her too much.
It is true that I kept gaming women during the end of our relationship because I felt we were going down hill.
fuck man. I could have fixed this in the beginning, but I wanted to blow things up because everything was going shit between us. And now she has got some other guy who actually seems like a pretty cool guy. He does not give a shit about other guys but he is acting cool with the ladies lol

The best thing you can do at this point is just move on. Yes it sucks that another player with more smooth skills than you stole your girlfriend but it cannot stop you from getting out there and meeting more women. It may be hard at first but as time goes by, you'll wonder why you even wanted her back in the first place. Sorry if this isn't what you want to hear but moving on is just the best thing you can do right now.

It would have been better to act as if you were doing great, if not better then when you were together with her. I could see from reading your posts that you lost some power when you kept pouring your heart out and do some afc related things. I'm also not sure what kind of personality you have but it doesn't sound like you were congruent or kept your frame throughout the relationship. I understand it's tough, especially in the beginning when you improve your skills in pick up and relationships but if you learned something from this, you will come out a better man. Sorry to hear you've been depressed for a few months but you really need to push yourself to go out there and meet new women. If you picked up one HB9 you can get a dozen others. What you should have done is move on right away after the break up (she certainly did) instead of falling down with negative thoughts which only causes you to be more negative, that's why you've been heartbroken for so long. You're having one-itis (an obsession over a specific woman), which is exactly what we as pua's don't want to have. Saying you are happy just to see her puts her on a pedestal and she sees you as weak minded, beta and a pushover. You're going to have to change your whole mindset (how you think) if you are going to be a successful PUA. The guy that stole your girlfriend probably had more game (Read: Alphaness) than you did, and you having more muscles won't actually help win her back. Just apply the PUA rules and you should have no trouble. Also, she cheated on you so ditch her and find somebody better.

If a girl is playing away, don't chase her, replace her. She sounds like a fucking dickhead if she can do that to you after 2.5 years. Long her off, start banging other chicks, show her what she is missing out on. ASAP!

Alright, she picked up her stuff. We talked some, we cried some. at one point she said she needed me as a friend. I told her I was not sure about that yet. then she left. It feels like we are playing games. She deliberately will not text or call me first. She cried and told me she had been missing me. Before I went to sleep I texted her I was sick of it, and that I was sorry. And that I wanted to be her friend and give her support if she needs it. She does not text me back. She is showing that she does not need me. I offered my help to her, and she will not take it. I think I should leave it like this, and move on. Or do I send her a text saying something like; You dont need me? Fine, have a good life.
