my wing has been complaining that his girlfriend wants to say that she loves him but he doesnt feel the same way. i dont think that is a word that you should just throw around. what do you guys think? is it a sensitive issue? should you save it for when you really feel like you love a girl? |

As for me, it's far much better to say it later than earlier. From many reasons. Firstly, saying "I love you" makes you in my opinion responsible for that person, you show that she is important to you and give her right to expect more from you, including emotional support etc. You'll be expected to take care of her, be with her in worse moments. In oder to sustain the relationship you'll just have to make bigger efforts than earlier. Secondly, better be absolutely sure you really feel it because it'll constrain you in picking up other girls. Women don't tolerate rivals, every girl you know will be thoroughly watched by her. You just loose some of your freedom. Thirdly, as far as the woman isn't sure about your feelings she'll try to make efforts to win you. When a woman feels sure she's beloved she'll change her behaviour and start to conduct her will. I don't accuse women of being bitches, it's just psychological rule - you appreciate more inacessible things. When she loves you but you don't tell her the same you have an adventage in yhe relationship. Every of this point was written with the assumption that you are fair to a girl and are ready to fulfill what you say. You can always say "I love you" just to get woman into bed and then retreat - it makes achievieng a goal easier but you'll lose a lot in her eyes and maybe n the eyes of her friends, you'll status will lowerd, women tend t avoid you cause none of them like being deceived and hurt. When you want to get woman into bed, it isn't necesary to say you love her, women also like having pure fun. To sum up, I'm definitely for acknowledging that word as unique and special. |

Its my opinion that you should actually hold back from saying it until the girl says it and then wait until you truly mean it. I know it seems wrong to hold back a feeling this important but being that guy who pressures his GF into saying it back when she doesnt feel it yet is horrible. |
