I posted a thread only a few days ago about how I hit a low point, then I woke up Wednesday morning and just thought screw it, its life, there is only one chance at this and I'll be damned if I'm gonna let negativity ruin my life. And do you know what happened when i wasn't even paying attention? Flirting, girls maybe being interested and generally good things happening to me... so I wanna keep this feeling and move forward basically... So anyway what I'd like to know is IOI's, this is more social IOI's than like Nightclub IOI's but I assume it works the same. Anyway I do this course with other students to help people with mental health issues like depression etc through the 'arts' like dancing, playing music etc. Anyway today the patients didn't come so us students kinda just got to do stuff, so me and this girl got to dance together (I'm not a dancer, but it does help you come out of your shell, comfort zone, which is sometimes good for Pick-Up stuff I guess!) so we're dancing and messing around, she's laughing alot, smiling at me, hitting me playfully, she was also feeling my pulse (she said while we were dancing) which I thought was odd. Do we think she is interested? So it wasn't until after that our dance teacher, a female, was like I think you two had great chemistry, I think she likes you and stuff like that in a teasing way. Stupidly as I was in my lets just screw everything persona I didn't pursue anything on that day, I didn't even notice she was into me aparrently, which is maybe good. I'm not saying hey girl of my dreams help me out, she's a pretty cool lady, maybe an 8 if I'm giving a rating. I just wanna know is she interested? What are good IOI's to be on the lookout for? Also I found her on facebook, do I add her, or is that sad? Cheers guys! |

Playful hitting and lame excuses for touching you are definitely IoIs. Doing nothing probably wasn't "a good thing," except _maybe_ in that you look disinterested and non-needy. That said, will you be seeing her again soon maybe in the class? If so, just wait until then and flirt with her. If not, do you have her number or another way to contact her? If not Facebook is probably OK, but it's kind of last resort... |

Well we were dancing but she grabbed my hand a few times, and you know we didn't have to hold hands and stuff. I kinda told myself after she was flirting but she is like a really bubbly person so she may do it with other people, even though I haven't seen it happen... Lol yeah, maybe I played it too cool then? Yeah I'll be seeing her next week, for the last time I think! |

Well then, next week you may want to make your move. Also there's a list of IoI's around here somewhere, you may want to review that and try to keep your eyes open for those. I'm not great at it myself, I generally only catch the relatively overt ones... |
