| Post subject: | Picking up a girl where she works?! |
Hi, New to the forum and to the PUA thing in general, having a small bit of success so far and loving it! There's this girl I know from where she works, see her few times a month, we share small talk etc and are on a first name basis at this stage. I am trying to escalate it and get her number but am unsure where to take it from here. Any advice or comments? Thanks!!! |

The next thing to do is to get her out and away from where she works. Be lighthearted and promise her a fun time. You say you're "trying" - but that isn't very clear. 1. Get her number, but attach the reason as "Hey, I'm going to this great bar later this week with some friends. You seem like you'd be cool to hang with. Just promise me you won't dance on tables or anything..." 2. Reconnect a day before you're supposed to meet up. Give her the details and tell her to show up. 3. Go there with friends so that you're not feeling like a chode if she flakes. Lather - rinse - repeat. And get reading here, because you've got a lot of resources... CX |

thanks for the reply! I've a long week of reading ahead of me alright! Here's what I meant by trying. I'm organising an event for a bar at the mo and I gave her an invite last week, as in a flyer with the details on it which also had my number on the back. I gave one to her colleague aswell so as not to be too obvious. She seemed happy with the invite and said she'd come along but so far she hasn't used the number. I was planning on calling in again this weekend, I normally would anyway, and maybe reminding her or ask her for her number so I can get in touch about times etc. What you think? Thanks!!! |
