ok so here's my question: for women who work in stores/malls, after using a situational opener, how do i smoothly transition into a conversation, to getting a number close?

since they are there for work, it is easy to open with a situational but any topic beyond that seems to be somewhat difficult to start with. any help appreciated.

I prefer opening direct during day game, not only does it convey elephant dump's amount of confidence, but even if you don't close, it really makes the girl's day.

Indirect: If she's working at a clothing store, browse the items on display, optimally she will come over and ask if you need help. If she doesn't, ask her for help. This is where you convey some personality to separate yourself from every other customer. joke, neg, tease,

"Excuse me. Would you be so kind to hold this up in front of you for a moment? It's my sister's birthday next week and you are about the same size as her and from what I can tell, :), you have the same excellent fashion sense.

You can even ask her if she sees anything else that she really likes in the store that your sister might like. MAke fun of her for her recommendation "If you could turn of the camera's for a minute, what would you steal in here? That's what I want to get her"

Since they have a similar sense of fashion, probe for keywords why she likes certain things over the others etc. If you're fun, she will be more than happy to chat with you instead of being bored at work.

that stealing bit reminded me of something a friend of mine did during the summer:

haha yea so first u ask like an indirect question like what's the time, then u say "hey if someone here was stealing would you tell on them" make it a little sketchy then she'll say uh..yes/no, u follow up with "cus you stole my heart" then she'll laugh cus it cheesy and cus she was wondering wondering why u asked about the stealing and the tension was released. then you say "im glad you laughed cus i wanted to see if you had a sense of humour before i introduced myself" then you do and can follow it with the snack quizz where u asked her which food she likes by compairing two and try to sexualize it. its a ross jefferies supermarket apporach

Great, thank you I oasis I, I shall keep your tips in mind, really helpful. I'll try them out.

For food stores/grocery stores, after I use a situational opener, what's a good transitioner to say next to a random girl? I tried Style's rings routine recently and did not get a good response. It may be my delivery, but I feel it is just too detailed to go through in a store. What do you think would be a good way to transition to having a normal conversation?
