Well, the thing is that shy girls are usually the wildest ones when they get comfortable with you.
Build comfort, talk to her. Tell about some bloopers you have done in past: ".. That reminds me of one vacation, I was at Turkey and I ordered...". She will maybe tell more about herself when you tell something about you
Dont try to do all at the same time. If you see her like everyday, chat with her COUPLE MINUTES, so the conversation doesnt end like "umh.... its silent..." -> I g2g to X with Y, catch ya later -> leave.
Then, when she is comfortable talking to you ( got used to it, you will notice it, trust me ). Ask her if she would like to come with you to cafe or sumthing. Nothing special. Tease her.
Maybe. Ask her number after that. After that its whole different story, just meeting her when you want, inviting her somewhere. Keep teasing her and you will get k-close. Just dont overdo the teasing.
Teasing:
- "So whats the naughtiest thing you have done?
- "I have once..." (Or what so ever, she might give you a short answer. Tell her not to be so shy and tell what you have done. Then ask her again)
- "Okay, you really a naughty girl"
But its just my opinion.. You can do it a lot faster I think, but this is my way of doing it if its not a random girl at street.
