Posted in the newbie field where I think it can do some good. I am not about to tell you that you are losers. If you truly have never felt like a loser, feel free to ignore this post. Truth is, we all have ups and downs and we all feel like losers sometimes. A lot of us start here because it is time for a real change in your lifestyle. Time to finally get your shit together right. A lot of people suffer from bad confidence and inner insecurities. Basically, if I am blunt. You feel like telling yourself. I am a born LOSER. This is what a lot of people do. They may not word it out but they secretly thinks it when they feel down. And it is not uncommon to feel down for a long period of time. Why am I so bad, everyone else has a girlfriend, everyone else has a good job etc etc etc. Truth is, you are not a born loser. You are a trained loser. There is nothing genetic about your loserdom, there is no higher power or karma that has decided that you are gonna suck. You have the same possibilities as everybody else when you are born. It is lucky because genetics and divine powers are stuff we cannot change. You are trined to suck. You were trained by parents, school, AMOGs and by yourself above all. Giving in to fear is one thing. Avoiding people because you will feel humiliated. Making excuses to avoid embarrassment. Time to fuck your BUT! (Seriously, I love that sentence!) People who train themselves to think that they dont have what it takes normally have a big BUT. That is like the lifeline. Some bad excuse so that you dont have to deal with reality and thus never try. And if you try you have already decided that it is useless and thus you have already lost. So lets take a good look at your BUT. Here is a situation where your BUT gets in the way. You are out in field, you see a great set with a good target. Your wingman tells you, hey, perfect set, its all yours, Im letting you have it. You: Yeah, I should open, BUT I gotta go to the toilet. You: Yeah I should open, BUT they are talking. You: Yeah I should open, BUT I have broken the 3 second rule and lost value. You: Yeah I should open, BUT I dont like their style. Outcome, you dont open and go home kicking yourself for letting yourself down and feel even worse. You BUT is your way out of the situation, the emergency exit. It leads out into the dark cold alley of your self loathing but you escaped showing how much you suck. Whick is exactly the point. You are afraid to fail. If you dont try, you can obviously not fail. Case closed. On the other hand, you cannot win either. Why are these two not equal? Because you assume that you will fail. You have convinced yourself that you are gonna lose. Therefore you do lose. In the heat of the moment it feels like you have escaped. Afterwards it feels like all of those sets you didnt open were sets you lost. You didnt even make it to A1! Talk about losing. Thats what you told yourself, you are a loser. See. If you could reframe this to see a possible success and not a possible failure, wouldnt that be sweet? What do you have to do? Change your BUT into an AND. You: Yeah, I should open, AND I need to use the who lies more opener in order to do it. You: Yeah, Im gonna kissclose, AND Im gonna have fun doing it! See, changing the BUT to an AND also changes your attitude from sraeching for an emergancy exit to developing a gameplan. So untrain your loser attitude and start believing that yes, you have been a loser but now you have changed something in your approach so your loser destiny is no longer valid. Yes what you did before didnt work. Now you do something different so that doesnt matter. Hope you guys get some help from reading this! Love Ezo |
