LOL... this is a "setup" not a "blind date." You've both seen each other's pictures.
Why not just have your friend bring her along when you hang out to meet her the first time? That way you won't go through that awkwardness of the first date.

So I am totally against blind dating. Been there done that..however my co-worker says her cousin is really in to me and thinks im hot. Ive seen pictures of her on facebook. ive already told her that i would meet her and go from there. but i told her i thought her cousin looked cool and pretty now she says i really should jus do the date. so the question is do i stick to my original plan of just meet and greet or go for the date? im thinkin the meet and greet..what u guys think about blind dates? |

Well she's seen your pics and you've seen hers. Apart from her personality, you know what to expect and if she thinks your hot -> Good for you! Nothing wrong with blind dates imo, but you should do whatever feels good. -edit Why are you against blind dating? |

well shes seen me at my work..ive only seen pics but im against blind dates cuz i feel like people try to hook me up wit a friend who they think is cool/cute etc and i end payin for the meal and everything and we never talk again. seems so forced and so i would rather just meet the person or at least see what they look like first.. |
