Apoligies if this isn't the right forum! I am a very laid back guy, not the life and soul of a party by default, rather be the chilled guy, I know this has to change but I have trouble getting in the mood and having energy, even though I take my vitamins :] Anyone have this trouble where you're just naturally laid back like you are stoned, any technique tips? Tried listening to upbeat music and stuff but when I get out there and about I feel like I have no energy going through me. |
