i cant seem to find a thread on this subject so thought id make

what do you say to

"thanx but have a boyfriend"

my fav response is, 'well if nothing else you'd make a cute friend' - that way the pressure is lowered whether she has a bf or not, 'if nothing else' means you're not going into friend zone and if she flakes then there's potential to gain her in your social group

I didn't make this up, and I'd give credit for it if i could remember who did :/

My personal favorites are a simple "Shame." and walk away (you have to've built up attraction before this, or she won't try and stop you). Or "You think I'm trying to get with you or something? I'm not that easy, darlin'."

Prefer the second one myself as its funnier. Having said that it could be difficult if you're the one making a move, so yeah in that instance, saying "Shame" or even just "Fair enough" will do it, you probably won't see her again anyway.

I think it depends on the context she says it in. If a girl has her bitch shield on and throws it out right away than you can come back with a more cocky response. If this is the case than alot of times it doesn't really matter what you say.

If you have been talking for a while and she throws it out, she might just be doing it to see how you respond and if it rattles you or not.

I like using "so is he "THE ONE"? This gets them thinking a lot. If she gives you a half hearted answer than you can bust on her for using him for free dinners.

Haha I like this one. I'd say it with a smile and then immediately keep going on with what I was saying.
