what ever you do , dont picture them in thier underwear..thatll turn you on and makeyou even more nervous. i know this becasue i always used to picture them in sexy red lingirie... off topic ..... everyone eats, shits, laughs and cries the same...so , in other owrds, there really is nothign to be shy about, logically speaking... i know its hard at first to approach and get a positive result, but when you do, youll feel like a king... ALSO ..this is what one of my girl-friends told me.... conversations wiht girls might get awkward because good looking guys make them nervous too, so maybe your not awkward, just really good looking...no homo

Yeah, sure.

I'm shy and awkward. Here's what worked for me.

Talk to someone. You're not trying to get laid here. You're not trying to build a friendship. You're just trying to exchange a few words with a stranger. Pick anyone. Doesn't have to be the hot girl. Just a person.

Look for something to remark on. First thing that comes into your head. Remark on it.

And once you've done it you'll realise that it was actually pretty easy. It's getting over that initial barrier that's hard.

Hey man ... your good-looking but shy and awkward .. you remind me of myself b4 I become a somewhat PUA.

ill give you this insight and advice:

You can get over your shyness and awkwardness by believing that they are just as shy and awkward because a good-looking guy (YOU) is talking to them. Keep that in mind. It helped me so it will help you. Now to talk effeciently just comment anything about your surroundings ... the environment that you and the girl are in... comment on the people walking by (you can always find something funny about other people be it how they dress to facial expressions ... easy conversation material) ... and spend some time around the forum here ... you'll find good routine material (better to make up your own stuff through inspiration from them) and this is a good link here:

Its all about the number of sets you open - the more you talk to girls the less shy and awkward you will be. Dont think about the outcome, just imagine they are your sister...For more help, check out:
