Hey everyone, I am new, and I do apologise... but if you guys will bear with me I'll tell you what has happened to me. I started a job around July time. It's a small office, with only one hot girl. And she is an absolute 11 out of 10. Like, I mean, amazing. Anyway, I never paid her too much attention, but somehow we ended up emailing each other a LOT during working hours. This develops further into text messaging (but only in the day time), and then develops further into hanging out on our lunch hour. She is with her boyfriend, but she tells me about how she has cheated on him. She drops sexuality into the conversation a LOT, and tells me about guys who she has slept with, and who she wants to sleep with again. Only recently I have tried to up it a little and get a bit more sexual with her myself... A perfect example - just the other day, i told her that our colleague thinks that something is going on with us, as it has been noticed that we are spending a bit of time together. She says "thats ridiculous!". I approach the subject of me and her actually sleeping together, and she replies with "oh now you are misbehaving, but anyway thats funny, lets just let them think what they wanna think!" SO - my question guys, is this. AM I IN THE LJBF zone? i barely know this chick, but she tells me everything. she wants to go out partying with me, but when i approach the subject of me and her getting "romantic", she dismisses it as funny. bear in mind, that this chick is an absolute 11. I am a bit different looking in terms of style, and she has commented on this, I am not your standard office hours type dude. any advice on how to shift this would be so so so appreciated, i cant begin to tell you how insanely hot this girl is help a newbie out!! |

It does sound like you are near or in the Friendzone. I would definitely try and set something up outside the workplace where you can start some kino on her. Anytime a girl is talking at length about her boyfriend is a decent sign that she might not look at you in a sexual manner, so I would try and avoid that. Steer the conversation away from that. You're not there to listen to her problems like one of her girlfriends. |

hey thanks for the reply she doesnt talk too much about him, more about how she just loves to cheat on him. but i am getting the feeling that the cheating will NOT be done with me. we are supposed to be hanging out this saturday night, but i really dont know how i am going to escalate it. . . . |

99% chance you are FRIENDS. 1% chance you can still get her. But you are gonna have to completely shift on her. I would ignore her. Don't answer texts or emails. Just nod at her if she says hello. Let her see you texting other people with a sly smile on your face, like you just got a sexy text from someone else. It will take work, but it can be done. |

When you think you're in the friendzone you most likely are. She talks to you like she would talk with her female friends. Do you act like a girl? |

i dont necessarily act like a girl at all, but i do not show much interest in her, and i think i have brought it on myself. i talk to her about guys she is fucking, and act like i dont care when she tells me all about it i'm in the ljbf zone, which is bullshit because we barely even know each other. cant quite understand it |

If she tells you everything, you are most likely her friend and nothing more. Friends tell each other everything, lovers dont. Lord Dark Helmet said there's a 1% chance of you getting her. I say there's a 100% chance, provided you are ready to go in to a long period of you half-ignoring her, not paying attention to her stories - generally show a lack of interest when it comes to her life. If you wan't to hook up with her, you must read a lot of reversal LJBF-strategies, and most important of all - have a lot of patience. (another option is to get her extremely drunk at the next company christmas party and bang her on the copier, but that's risky) |
