I sit right next to her, and on two different occasions (that I noticed) she stops writing notes and just looks at me for a second, then goes right back to what she was doing. She did this twice I did nothing to her, didn't touch or bump her. The second time she dropped her pen, and just looked at me..... WTF??? I asked her did I do something wrong? She's all "NA you good" |

She said "na you good"? I'm guessing its an English class that she keeps staring at you and not paying attention in. |

I'd call it an approach invitation. If she's giving you eye contact, it's either an accident (she's lost in thought), an IOI, or an IOD. You know it's not an IOD. Either you happen to be in her natural line of sight, or it's an IOI. You're a PUA... go ahead and assume she wants you to open.
