University has been a drag since the first day. I Never really took it seriously and had some mood issues on top of it, resulting in a less than spectacular first semester leading to probation (warning period). Then I discovered the pua community and all it's teaching and my quest for knowledge (social dynamics related) had been ignited once again, while slowly putting my depression to rest. If you've ever read The Game, you'll remember that a lot of the newcomers had discarded their school endeavorers to emerge themselves in the game. I find myself in this same position today, however I absolutely dread dragging myself to school every day to learn about a bunch of business babble that I can not relate to. Has anyone else found themselves here? What did you do about it? |

Im telling you plain and simple. The game and HBs will be here forever but your education and future wont be. get your education done and then properly get yourself into the game. i attend a college and still find time for this |

Hey Rocky D, thank you for taking time to reply to my inquiry I agree with you, HB's will always be, even when I grow old and weary. And education of course, will be much harder to absorb as our minds decay. But I would like to let you in on a personal discovery I have just made. Before "The Game" I had been a social retard, as I'm sure many of us will undoubtedly confess to as well. Being in University and College is being in a very social environment, and getting thrown into it with out the skills needed to learn how to interact will most likely result in isolation, or in rare cases adaption. For me and for some of the members in this community, I'm sure, it has resulted in isolation. My plan is to drop out, and learn the skills necessary to interact with the world in a charismatic manner. In doing this I believe that when I am ready to return, I will will return with a bang. In my journey I plan share as much information as I learn with this community so that we may all benefit. |

You could learn these techniques and try them out in university. This is what I have started doing ever since 3 months ago when I started. Everywhere you go, you can practice. |

I would not recommend dropping out of university, learning the Game, and then getting back into uni. You might find that you end up not returning at all, and get stuck with a job. This is fine if it is what you want, but some people might end up regretting it. Also, pick-up is not something you can go away and learn before returning to the field. It's a constant learning curve that only gets better through practice. I'd suggest brushing up on the main aspects of pick-up (despite the seemingly 'scientific' terms the basics are not that difficult) as as you said, uni is a very social environment and it would be the perfect place to practice the game. And remember pick up is meant to be fun! On a separate note, if you really don't feel motivated to do your course, look for something else that interests you. You're stuck with it for three years so it shouldn't be a chore! ~Deebo |

If I could do one thing in my life over again, it would be college. Gobs of young, high quality women with at least a class in common with me. Let me explain something to you Dsage, if your plan to be happy takes longer than a week, you might just die miserable. If your classes are truly making you a sociopath, drop out NOW. You can always go back and change focus. Just be prepared because good game might not make you feel any better about your life. Whatever you choose, do it like a man, balls out. |
