just make sure you kino her and escalate enough so that enough sexual tension is built up between the two of you.
See if you get a lot of CLEAR IOI's (3+) and if this is all the case, then you should be good bro, it's just you who's overthinking things.
Mystery has a nice thing for you as well:
Ask her: "would you like to kiss me?"
if she says yes, go for it
if she says no, say "Well I didnt say you COULD, but you seem like you have something on your mind"then escalate further if you think you can still pull it off and go for the kiss.
Really, the first time you go for the kiss might be hard, but every kiss from there on will be easier!
What I do with girls is a lot of escalation, teasing, gently grabbing the back of her neck while kissing her on the cheek near her ear after I whisper something in her ear like "oh you're pretty cool you know that" or whatever! Then pulling back and gaze into her eyes, and her mouth. That's ALWAYS enough
